In Q4 2023 we highlighted the upcoming new Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill set to come into force in 2024.

Commonly known as Martyn’s Law, the new legislation requires all publicly accessible venues to have a plan in place for how they will protect their patrons in the event of a terrorist attack.

The new legislation also applies to Manufacturers.

UK Autumn Budget 2023

The Chancellor of the Exchequer presented his Autumn Statement 2023 to Parliament on Wednesday 22 November 2023.
