Supporting Business Growth

In the shadow of the successful Huddersfield Business Week, Equilibrium Risk ran their third Understanding your Security Risk workshop of the year. And we are delighted to announce that it was another successful event.

Run in collaboration with the Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, these workshops are free of charge to help business owners to better understand the risks that their business face so that they can better invest their hard-earned money.

Equilibrium Risk’s Director, Luke said, “I really enjoy running these events. We try to keep the events small so that we can generate real conversation about the security challenges business owners are facing. So far, it has been really well received and I think business owners are starting to understand what we are trying to do- support business growth through effective, balance security.”

I found the workshop to be eye-opening and very useful. Luke was extremely knowledgeable in the subject and he was able to breakdown a complicated subject into easy to follow stages. He highlighted risks to my business that I hadn’t even thought of and possible ways to mitigate them. He was able to answer any questions I had with clarity and I have already taken steps to implement some of his ideas.

Overall, I would encourage anyone to attend the workshop, the ROI on my time was very impressive, I have been on other courses (paid) and not learned as much as I did. I was impressed with Luke’s approach and the outcome of the workshop. Now I have a really good idea of what I need to do to keep my business secure, now and in the future - and without spending a lot of money.
